Hotel Kazzhol Almaty

During our three-night stay, we enjoyed exploring Almaty and were pleased with the proximity to several notable attractions, such as Central State Museum and Almaty Central Park, both just a short walk away. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and I was particularly impressed by the extensive buffet breakfast, which offered plenty of options to fuel our day of sightseeing. The peaceful environment made for a nice retreat after busy days of exploring.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 6 nights, even so everything was nice. A standard room with a good view of the mountains, had requested this in advance. The breakfast was incredible and great and the lobby bar was a plus. Its location was great and fantastic, right by various areas such as business printing, airport transfers, and even suggesting places to eat nearby...

Hotel Kazzhol Almaty offers spacious rooms with modern furnishings, providing comfort and cleanliness . The location is convenient, with nearby supermarkets and a good pedestrian street filled with cafes and restaurants.

Nice breakfast

As usual in Central Asia, a very hard bed. Not comfortable. Internet didn't work on my laptop for one day: When I asked about it, one of the staff members was quite rude.

Absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere. Extensive and fantastic breakfast with a wide range of outstanding food. Helpfulness from the whole staff.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the children's playground was a hit with our four teenagers, and the location allowed us to explore local shops easily. We found everyone at the reception approachable and friendly.

My wife says that the breakfast choices were limited and should be improved for families.

Hotel is pleasant, and fairly clean, there's well-maintained pool and the location is favourable to the Tien Shan mountains. The venue has new-fashioned and spotless rooms with 2 televisions, a balcony, a view on mountains. Excellent staff provides a friendly service.
